I'm finding that I go a full week without the scale showing me any pounds lost, and then I step on the scale and I'm down 2 or 3 pounds. Keep telling myself to only weigh in once a week. But I can't help it - it's like I'm obsessed.
Down 3 more this week - yea! But it's almost like torture, the days leading to the weight loss.
I'm not known for my patience :o)
