- This is a journal of my weight loss journey, which has, thus far, been very successful. While I’ve stalled and put a little back on, I’m still way better off than I was at the start of my journey. This is for my family and friends, but also for anyone else who's stumbled across these pages who might need motivation to get their weight back on track. For me, it was Gastric Bypass - for you, it may be one of the very many options out there. Whichever you choose, good luck to you!
